Short version: we don't sell anything about you, we don't run ad trackers, and Bert has read this twice.
This website
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Azure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and fault-finding. We don't add advertising or tracking cookies. Video pages embed YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); if you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Links to other sites (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and the like) take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Our publishing tools
The band uses its own tools to post videos to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. They're used only by the band's own team, to manage the band's own accounts. They don't collect information about fans or visitors.
- YouTube. The tools use YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on the band's channel. By using anything built on those services you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. The tools only access the band's own channel. You can remove their access at any time from your Google security settings.
- Sign-in. The review screen in Microsoft Teams signs people in with their KAiOS Microsoft account. It reads only their name and email address, to check they're allowed to approve posts.
- Where things are kept. Videos and drafts sit in the band's Microsoft 365 and Notion workspaces. Scheduled posts go through Zernio, the scheduling service the band uses to send them to the platforms.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. For the website that's usually nothing beyond the host's logs. Get in touch through the contact details on the main KAiOS site.
